Night Bass resident toker Petey Clicks drops off “Home”, his fourth EP for the label. The title track is a unstoppable, head-banging rapid-fire shuffler built for peak time. “Here 2 Kill” switches gears, evoking the sounds of yesterday over a smooth and bubbly garage groove.

KRY WOLF - TEMPER EP
As half of the label Food Music, Kry Wolf (along with Shadow Child) have ushered in some of the most forward thinking house music and more in recent years. We’ve finally managed to get an EP from the boys, and it fully delivers. The Temper EP kicks off with it’s title track, a step into heavier territory for Kry Wolf, littered with big crisp breaks and haunting bass. “Flashlight” is straight up high-energy house vibes with a thick rolling bassline. Rounding out the EP is the ethereal, breakbeat driven “Wavvves”.

Chris Lorenzo - Foot & Mouth EP
In June 2015 we launched the Night Bass label, and that was the last time bass house pioneer Chris Lorenzo graced our catalog with his untouchable production. The badman from Birmingham finally returns to Night Bass with two relentless, high-energy heaters. “Foot & Mouth” conjures uncontrollable desires to reload with it’s neck snapping bass, and shells continue to fly with the bass-face inducing “Nightmares”.

On our 4th installment of This is Night Bass we’ve wrangled a nice mix of new and familiar names to the label, with sounds ranging from heaviest UKG to the grooviest house. We were stoked to land an epic tune from our globe-trotting Aussie friends Yolanda Be Cool and fellow Aussie bass-maker Wongo. On top of that we’ve got UK legends Champion and DJ Q each gracing our compilation with serious garage heaters. Night Bass resident badman Sinden drops some bassy darkness, while label newcomers Born Dirty, Dillion Nathaniel and Udachi deliver the quality goods, and Bijou returns with his first solo tune on Night Bass. There’s definitely something for everyone here!

Jay Robinson - Sixteen EP
Prolific Welsh producer Jay Robinson is back with his 3rd EP for Night Bass. The “Sixteen” EP is a 4 tracker packed with dark mangled bass lines and his signature atmospherics. Jay scales the heaviness back from his last Night Bass release in favor of more moody and groove driven tracks - but don’t get it twisted, there’s no shortage of bass here. All 4 songs are ripe for peak time plays in a multitude of settings. Another smash for Night Bass veteran Jay Robinson.

Phlegmatic Dogs - Weegle EP
Hailing from Moscow, the Phlegmatic Dogs bless us with a fresh dose of their unique blend of bass, garage and house music. The “Weegle” EP is their 1st release on Night Bass and it’s a hefty one. The title track sets it off from jump with commanding samples and driving basslines. “Next level”, well, takes it to the next level with the craziest bass sounds we’ve heard in awhile. The release is rounded off by the deep and heavy sounds of “High Volume”, a total neck snapper!

G-House coming out of Russia? Yes, that’s what this is. Russian duo Volac comes in heavy with the “Grow Up” EP, their first Night Bass release. “Grow Up” and “Miami Party” are dark, bass-heavy g-house stompers while “The Race” gets a bit more wobbly with the bass and adds some shuffle to the drum patterns. Three heaters ready to load up!

BOT - If U Feel EP
BOT is one of the producers who have shaped modern dance music since the beginning of his career, starting in the seminal Crookers duo and more recently one of the founders of Main Course. He’s graced the Night Bass label a few times in the past on collaborations with Sinden and Tony Quattro, but this is his first full EP as a solo artist, and it definitely delivers. The title track features incredible vocalist Kaleena Zanders over top of a grimy, fist-pumping beat driven by BOT’s signature fuzzy bass textures. Rounding up the release is “Just Say”, a nostalgic jackin’ house sound with modern production values.
